Just picked up a set of Nitrogen rear shocks for my Commander. They custom build these and they are HD that’s for sure. Huge difference in ride and handling. Less than 2 weeks they were at my door. Very happy with my purchase.

I purchased a lift for my wife's 2012 grand Cherokee about a year ago and have fought noises in the upper control arms since the start. It appears the upper control arms keep coming loose creating a knock. I go in a tighten them which fixes the noise for a short period of time then as time goes by it comes back. Last week I went to tighten the left side and found that the upper joint is bad. I write in to find out what to do about the issues and the response is to replace the joint and use locktight on the upper arm bolts. Y... read more

I ordered a spoa lift for my samurai with all the extras(ott steering -d/l spacers - brake extensions - shocks and relocation brackets etc). I ordered it early so I could put it on while I was off during the holidays (2012) Towed it to my home town where I have a lift to work on it(i ended up having to leave it there)First most the parts were rusted and looked like they had been sitting outside and not new(I swear it looked like they picked thes parts out of a pile of left over parts that were sitting around out back). Then I... read more

What a Joke – Yeah real nice people when you are purchasing their product but after you purchase and have issues with their product, they don't want to talk to you. I received a rear bumper that looked to be made in someones garage. It didn't line up, had to cut some of my body to get it t fit and found out later from a local shop that it was built at an angle which caused all my issues. RRO stated that my rig was tweaked. Never has my rig been off road and was purchased new. I wanted to ship it back and they stated I had to... read more

DANGER, DANGER!!!!! What a joke this business is!!!!! 3 months I have been waiting for parts. The owner Glenn has blow smoke in places I care not to discuss. The latest story is that the supplier has my part back ordered to whom I called today and they say that is not the case. "Get my money back" you probably would say. They still have not addressed that issue even though I have asked many times. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS......

Jeep lift kit – Have not written a review before. But after reading a couple of them here, I felt the need to review my experience. I have a CJ7 and wanted to do a spring over lift kit for it for years. Anything I turned up just looked like junk, or was incomplete. I emailed this company and they responded very fast. The guy I emailed with was super knoewledgeable about Jeeps in general, this kit, had some good ideas and recommendations. It was really a change from the other 4WD stores who didn't care about me at all. They a... read more

The run-around... – It is not good business when you call someone (especially someone who you paid for their product services) and you cant help but feel that you are ruining their day by being the worlds biggest inconvenience by asking a simple question of " Just wondering if you could please tell me the status of my order placed 3 weeks ago"? When they put you on hold and never return, or tell you they will call you back and never do. The best is all the excuses you receive when you do get a hold of someone willing to grac... read more
