Terrible customer service. 8 weeks waiting on UCAs. Was told 3 weeks ago my name was at the top of the list for the batch that was being powder coated the next week. Was told yesterday that my order was not at the top of the list and that batch was sent out and my name skipped over. Now, they won’t help get my refund processed because I ordered through their eBay store and “eBay is handled at a different office and there’s nobody there you can talk to”.
