Piss poor customer service. Ordered a 1.75 kit, along with 1 inch rear lift18 days ago. Failed to mention on their website no 1 inch rear lift in stock. After waiting and waiting emailed them only to find out they had none in stock. Did not even bother to let me know they had no 1 inch rear lift in stock. RecommendedInstalled my RRO Spacer lift kit and RRO UCA's on my 2020 Grand Cherokee Altitude. Customer Service was great and products are top notch. Rides just like it did when it was stock.
bought super sliders in 2016 for my renegade 4 years later they are completely rusted. I called in 2017 to complain about rust I was told it was just surface rust and powder coat cant get into all the nooks and cranys. 2020 my super sliders have more rust then powder coat on the.
I ordered the 2” missing link kits on a Saturday night and I received a call on Monday, informing me that they were currently back ordered but that the 1” were in stock. This is AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered some shocks from a competitor a few weeks ago. After a week of no communication I called and they informed me that they were back ordered and it would be 3 weeks. Ordered a skid plate for my 1993 Suzuki late Wednesday afternoon. It was on my doorstep via FedEx the following Friday morning. Quality was excellent, it came complete with bolts and fit like a glove. I would not hesitate to use Rocky Road again.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Rocky Road Outfitters for great customer service and speedy shipping. I recently ordered upper control arms for my wk2 thinking they had some on a shelf but I didn’t realize the demand for them I guess. 2 days later I decided to call them to see if I could get an eta on them.
