RecommendedThe doctors are very competent and kind spending lots of time with each pet. The staff too is warm and friendly and helpful.
They took my dog baby,she was sick they took her,and gave her happiness at the end of her life..( she was dying I couldn't handle putting her down had cancer: that would of destroyed me.) )
From the two doctors to the entire staff, they are so personable and have been wonderful through the years with our pups. They have also acted with their best interests whether for an illness or wellness visit. We have and will continue to highly recommend this office to our friends and family!
Dr Tonies has been taking care of my dogs for at least 25+ years. He’s always been kind and empathetic to me and my babies good news or bad. The girls are always kind and helpful as well. Great team.❤️❤️❤️
I had to bring my cat in today to be put to sleep because my regular vet couldn't see us on short notice. The level of empathy they displayed was beyond just professionalism. I can tell that it was not just a routine procure to them and they displayed a tremendous amount of compassion. I am really grateful for their team this evening. It was a hard thing and they recognized this and didn't make it any harder than it needed to be. Thank you so much, guys and gals.
They have been my "go to" Vet for over 15 years. Both Doc's are wonderful and the staff is superior!! My current rescue dog, Brady, has Addisons Disease and has to go there every 28 days for drug injections in order to keep him alive--so we are there a lot. He is very excitable with high energy but the staff loves him!
As a fairly new resident to Rocky River, I love the ease and convenience of RRAH... close by, small building to negotiate and right around the corner.. All the staff are friendly and very client care oriented... Very laid back and gentle...
I have taken all our assorted 5 dogs and 1 cat to RR Animal Hospital for 29 years. We love them. They are like family!
