I love the staff at RMSV. So helpful and patient. A couple months ago I asked them about having my machine fixed/cleaned. Decided it wasn't worth the cost for a 30+ year old machine so put that money towards a new sewing/embroidery machine. I am so thrilled! I highly recommend the staff to help you decide what machine will be the best fit for you and to help you with projects after the initial sale! They are AWESOME!

The staff at the Colorado Springs store are warm inviting and know there stuff. They carrya great verity of machines to choose from, and they will help you find your best fit for what you sew. Then be sure to check out their classes on sewing, embroidery, digitizing, and ScanNCut. Don't foreget they also have a large line of vacumes to clean up your crafting room too.
I attended the class to learn how to use my brand new brothers sewing and embroidery machine and I was very impressed with how much I learned. Tim was a phenomenal teacher and I had so much fun! I highly recommend both the basic sewing and basic embroidery classes.
I was getting frustrated with my embroidery machine shredding thread and just not working like it should. I took it to RMSV and Rob in the Colorado Springs store, took a look at it was able to determine my problem and was able to fix it right there. I have been able to use it all day today and not one thread broken or shredded for the entire day. I took my "mature " Bernina in for a service and clean. I thought the price was high and the wait to get it back was long. But when I got it back and saw that they went above and beyond, it was worth the wait and the cost!!! I would highly recommend Rocky Mountain sewing and vacuum. Whoever did the work on my machine, thank you from the bottom of my heart!
