The team of doctors at RMHO have been amazing. They talk to kids well. I asked Dr. Van Dornick to explain to my five year old the chemo that was coming, and he sat down and talked to her like an uncle calming walking step by step through the reasons why this needed to happen. She got it. They also talk to parents well. Dr. Zimbelman has on several occasions anticipated my worries or reactions and addressed them with information and appropriate encouragement.
