No sugar at the coffee station for a group of 350 and we were some of the first in. Water pitchers were not refilled in the morning. NO Beverages available with lunch. 15 minutes into lunch break they put out pitchers of water - but no CUPS! I finally went to the pro shop to buy beverages. And the video system was down so presenters could not show presentations. Worst part? No staff seemed to care and were non responsive.
It was beautiful. Had lots of fun with the wedding party. Wish I would have won tho lol.
What a beautiful breathtaking room, lake view and smoke free casino AND excellent food! I’ll definitely come back. 5 stars!
This was our first time at the resort, came for the Kix and Slaughter concert and they did NOT disappoint!! Show was awesome, however I will say as a disabled guest the accommodations were not great. There was a long walk , up steep hills to get to the venue. They were using buses and golf carts , but at the end of the show it was hard to find one and ended up having to walk back. My suggestion is to have additional help for the disabled especially when the Terrain was pretty steep. And btw, I showed my handicap placard but ... read more
My wife and I love to come to your resort. Fabulous food, beautiful grounds. Doesn’t matter what season it is. We have a lot of fun and down time. The rooms are fantastic. Casino is great. Love the sports bar.
I enjoy myself every time I'm there and the food is excellent . So much to do and see . The lake is Beautiful and summer time activities make for good time or just laying around and having a drink❤🍺So relaxing😎

I can’t say enough about this casino/resort nestled in the hills of Maryland. Steaks at LB’s Place were so delicious and the service was excellent. I’d love to come back and stay at the resort hotel. What a nice surprise for My Honey 💏 on Father’s Day.
