It was ok. How can the restaurant and buffet at a casino close at 11:00 on a Saturday night?
This is the absolute worst casino I have been too!!! The service for everything was terrible... if you order cheesecake it takes 30 minutes to get it. We I commented about the excessive wait times I was told oh well I am the only one working... that’s bs we came for a nice relaxing time and I found it to be nothing but aggravating!! I would not recommend wasting your money to come here it’s a major disappointment!!!! My daughter mother and I have been coming up to rocky gap casino resort and we love everything about it.. we come up and stay just about 2 times a month. We live like 5 minutes from Charles town races and slots but we never go there they don't take care of you like rocky gap. See you really soon. This month is my birthday
Rain or shine Rocky Gap is a great lodge/casino to visit for a few days of relaxation. Spacious hotel rooms, places to dine, friendly staff, and casino on the property.
Terrible terrible terrible. The staff should be ashamed how they treated myself, my family and my friends. Manager � that’s a joke. I would never ever spend 1 penny at this resort or casino again. I felt very unsafe!
