Love coming here. Upon arrival got a phone call to make sure room was ok and if we needed anything. Treated like royalty. This place has it all. Family life...casino....great food. Highlight for my kids is the beach and of course the chairs along the lake to feed the ducks. Our room was awesome.
We love to get away to rocky. There rooms are wonderful, beds are comfortable. The casino was decorated beautiful for Christmas. There food is great. The grounds are spectacular.
At first it was great. Then I got a bill for the room saying there was room damage, the the comforter was rolled up in ball in the corner of the room with marker all over it. When we left the room, the comforter was on the bed with no marker.Thanks for the bill house cleaning. Horrible!

I go to Rocky Gap at last once a month. It is a short 1:15 minute drive from home. After going there for at least 4 years, I finally comped a free room. Booked an overnight stay for our anniversary. Room was great, very clean. Located on the lobby floor but at the far end of the hall so it was very quiet. We won nothing on the machines. They weren’t hitting at all, not even free games! The rooms are awesome. The food is unreal
It is a great place to stop when you are traveling. They let you park your rv in the top parking lot. The dining room overlooks the lake and the food is excellent.
I wanted to like it and did like parts but they have a customer service problem. They need to train employees better on how to handle situations. First the good: beautiful property, scenery.
