Love the view. The people have always been nice. Sometimes I win sometimes I lose..just like I do at other casinos
Overall I had a great time. My last visit was pre-casino...everything was clean, slot machines paid out pretty well..room was good for the value. I have to only rate a 4 bc of the food quality and service at the little cafe in the lobby. When it's peak hours, have more people working the area so people arent skipped. Despite those moments, I'll definitely visit again.
Casino was cool perfect size! The workers and security in casino area were so nice and welcoming! The hotel was decent. Massage spa was amazing. Buffet was disgusting and overpriced. My 6 year old was charged full price and wouldn't even eat it and she is quite the eater! The ladies at the hostess desk weren't that nice. But our waitress was fantastic! The supervisor was very nice and accommodating with our experience for Adalee.
The views of the lake and mountains are beautiful, the accomdations are sub par, house keeping a joke and player rankings slow and inaccurate. The staff was overall friendly and the food was decent.

Always have fun at Rocky Gap. I don't live that far away. It takes about an hour to get here and it is a nice scenic ride. Usually see friends there also.
It was a little small, but the hospitality was great.
