It is a beautiful resort. My husband and I enjoy going there to relax and get away from it all ! I love the spa as well my hot stone massage was wonderful !! Will be back soon!
No better place to be in the fall. The leaves on the trees, the mountains, the lake. What a peaceful place to relax and think about life. Loved it! Oh yeah the staff was fantastic. Always a greeting and a smile. Can't wait to go back.
Went for the Small Busines Christmas party as we have the past 3 yrs...started of on bad note as not allowed to bring your own alcohol into rooms, had to leave in car. Then had to find someone to help us with luggage to store as wasn't time to get in room yet. Went to the dinner buffet at 7:10pm it started at 7pm. All food was cold, beef was so raw my coworker choked on it. Most of us couldn't eat it. Left early to go back to room. Went to breakfast in am. Decent casino. The scene in “Swingers” applies here. Lots of old people who barely understand the rules of the game. Have patience but this place is a breath of fresh air. Not overly crowded but still competitive.
Beautiful place, I recommend this resort and state park. Love beach and lake. It has 3 restaurants and pool and beautiful golf course.
