my wife and I are very happy with your casino...its lots of fun....we spent Valentine's day 2016 and we are planning on renting a room this week....thanks for the great experience

This place has most def changed!!!! I pretty much grew up at this place...Seen alot of country singers here!!! I remember my aunt getting a kiss from Joe Diffee.... overall a pretty decent place... BUT I liked it BETTER about 15-20yrs ago.

I was originally going to review my trip at Rocky Gap as 1 star until this afternoon. My husband and I had several, SEVERAL, questionable experiences this weekend. At the time of check out we spoke with management to get these issues handled. I would like to say thank you to Mary Hilton, the casino host, for her understanding and customer service. She listened to us and exceeded our expectations of how the situation should be handled. Because of her, Steve and Donna we plan to return and give this place a second chance!

This was our first visit for a bachelorette/birthday weekend --the power has been on/off the entire evening of our first day, and the Casino/hotel rooms were blazing hot...I felt terrible watching the elderly,and pregnant, people walking up six plus flights of stairs to their rooms. My husband took me to LBs for my birthday dinner. I ordered the chicken Alfredo, and he ordered the rotisserie chicken. My noodles were barely warm, with hardly any sauce on them. The chicken was a frozen breast that was grilled dry. Completely tasteless. Hubby said his mashed potatoes were only slightly warm. Chicken had no flavor. Worst part was neither meal came with a salad. Ridiculous prices for less than average meals. I would have expected more from a resort. Never again.

So, some friends and myself decide we're going to head to the casino. We get there, go inside and have one drink. Then, we decide to go down to Signatures. We're the only table sitting outside. I'm sitting down joking with friends and texting my buddy and there's a random dude standing behind me, because that's not weird, so I turn around. Turns out, it's the director of finance. Hotel was very clean & nice. The suite that we had was very spacious with separate sleeping and living rooms. We Ate at several of the restaurants all delicious, casino was on point! They also have a spa lake beach area fire pits etc Definitely going to come back again

My husband and I drove from Ohio to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We really enjoyed the mountain view room. Everything was amazing! From the restaurants to the casino we will definitely return.
