First time and have enjoyed it. Wish the king bed was a little more comfortable but then again, when have you slept better than on your own bed? The casino is smoke free, which is great because going in to other casinos, it feels like I’m getting lung cancer just walking in there. But there is smoking lounges in the casino for people who do smoke. The staff is friendly and views are very beautiful. I enjoyed going out on the lake with my wife on the peddle pontoon boat. Have been and stayed several times. Always enjoy it but this last time we arrived at 1:00 and were told we couldn't check in till 4. In the past always got to check on right away. So there wasn't a lot of time to enjoy the pool or anything else.

I absolutely loved my stay at Rocky Gap Casino. The rooms were clean fresh and comfortable. I loved the views, and staff...can’t wait until my husband as I go back.

Will never stay here again!!!! We come to Rocky Gap the same time every year for a weekend golf trip and have never had an experience like this. It is a shame that your managers (security and general) have no idea how to handle customers. We were embarrassed by your security personnel and treated like second class citizens. It is definitely your loss not ours because Nemacolin Woodlands is right in our backyard and they know how to treat people with respect and that is where we will spend our money not at Rocky Gap!!!!

Rude staff, food horrible on Christmas buffet, pool was freezing and nothing for kids (arcade).

went to the lake side buffet for Valentine's day with my fiance and we paid 83$ and didn't even get our own table we had to share with another couple. Food wasnt good, all the desserts were boxed. Wasnt what I expected from a casino resort.
