I strongly suggest not ordering from this company. I ordered some vitamins on 3/14 and as of today, April 7, still have not received them. I have emailed them numerous times, with no return email. I have called them several times. An auto attendant transfers me to "customer service." No matter what time I call, it tells me to call during normal business hours or to respond to the text they are sending me. I placed an order for $194 in vitamins. The money was immediately removed from my account, however, my products NEVER shipped. Contacted customer support multiple times with the only response ever being that they will call me back, which they never did. The last time I called they said yet again they would call me back, and my reply was don’t bother and reported fraud to my bank. DO NOT buy from this company. I also reported them to BBB.

Rockwell Nutrition shipped me a stale, rock hard batch of Paleo Greens by Designs for Health and then made me eat the $60 cost of the product because I didn't get to it until days after the return window. Every once in awhile, I try to use some of the Paleo Greens but then realize I'd have to take a hammer and pick to them to break a serving off.
