Russell service manager very rude and always says I'm complaining about my car when the work is done couple of things where not done correct like paint that chipped off couple monthes after paint was done

I have Ford Taurus with 13,000 miles and had an accident where the airbags were deployed and broke windshield and dashboard. My insurance company sent me to where they would get me an estimate and schedule an appointment but I couldn’t see someone other then Rockwall Ford replacing my dash and not having to return because someone wasn’t put back right or nocking something looses and now noticing it. Shawn Burge at Rockwall Ford Collision Center was extremely friendly and very helpful! My 2017 Ford Explorer looks brand new again! They did a great job repairing the damage that my car received after being hit by a DART bus in Dallas. Thank you Shawn! I hope I never have to see you again BUT if I ever need repairs again I will for sure come back �

I had truck stolen and took to ford expecting quality work it was anything but long story but in the end wasn't even willing to balance tires to eliminate a possible cause of vibration because insurance wasn't willing to pay for it. Took months to get stuff done and still wasn't back to previous condition and they weren't willing to be on my side felt more like on insurance side will never go back and don't recommend anyone else to either
