Horrible experience first time took over a month to repair my truck because the staff sits around and does not deal with the insurance. Gave the a second change tool repair and still no action from the staff to get working on the truck so came and got it after sitting on the lot the days and took it to another shop we’re I was given updates twice a day on the status of repair and only took the two days to repair. Gave up on Rockwall forever! Much better service else where.

Shelby at Rockwall Ford Collision is sweet and has great customer service, doing what she can to communicate. However, due to the lack of knowledge, confidence as well as lack of urgency, my 9 month old Ford was in the shop for 13 weeks for a front in bumper and sensor repair. They didn’t know what to do, wasn’t caring about time. Offered no explanation. Good service and friendly people
Shawn is the best thing since sliced bread but the shop itself does some shotty work. In the end they will make it right but you have to check your vehicle or it won’t be right.
Super friendly people and my Jeep looks beautiful again
Russell in the collision center was excellent. Very professional. Took a little long than expected to be fixed. But very happy with the results.
