Took over a month to repair a wrecked Mustang. Part of the reason for the delay was that one of their guys scratched the paint and they had to repaint it. Returned the car to us with scratches in areas that were supposed to have been replaced/repainted. Once “repaired” we took the car back for a rattle that turned out to be frame damage from the original accident. Incompetent workmanship and they rarely return a phone call.

Got a random major door ding fixed on my 2018 F150 (aluminum body). They made sure I was happy with the final result. Even though it took some extra work to do so. I always get great service here.
