Homes they are building look fantastic. They did a great job with the inside. However, the roofs on these homes are pure trash... I have had 4 leaks at this point in my brand new construction townhome. Due to this, there have been numerous back and fourth calls and emails between myself and management. Rocklyn Homes is aware of the issues with the roof on this home and are working to repair the home appropriately. A remediation team completed demolition and treatment of the affected areas on 2/13/2020. Our company has been in regular communication with the homeowner regarding the repairs. All repairs are being taken seriously and it is our intention to accommodate the homeowners during this time of repairs.
Had the pleasure of dealing with Robbie and Andi. We provided a service to them and they decided they were not going to pay the bill. Andi proceeded to tell me that he had the same job done for $500 dollars so he will only pay us $500. He also had some unprofessional words with the owner of the company I work for. All we want is to be treated fairly and be paid for services rendered.
Beautiful new developments but very poor customer service from the sales team especially Leslie G***** at Renaissance at South Park location in Fairburn, GA. She made promises she did not keep regarding the upgrades and amenities. Poor follow up and they do not advise the customers it will take up to 3 months to get cable and internet services at the new property. Rocklyn Homes refuse to allow our entry gate to be closed. This is causing major security issues as Highland at Princeton Lakes residents have been subjected to break-ins/Home Invasion. In addition, there are severe breaches of fences around the community. No one from Rocklyn Homes return phone calls or emails. Community has come to gather recently to get Builder to assist.
