After being a faithful customer for 31 years, always paying never filing a claim, they turn us down in a technicality that we didn't maintain the property bwcause we didn't know a pipe was leaking in a basement we never use. This has been the worst year of my life and all I can say is I hope everyone who had a hand in the decision one day has a year just as bad with as little jelp as we've had (although our friends have rocked it). Merry freaking Christmas.

Really disappointed in dealing with this company after being in a car accident with one of their customers. They took forever to settle and rarely called me back when I called with a question. I got the run around from them. I would never recommend them to anyone.
