RecommendedRockingham is known more in the Valley but, the word is getting out. Rockingham makes a diligent effort to place the customer first and meet the needs of their customers. If you haven't checked them out, now is a good time!
RecommendedI have never seen such caring and empathic souls like the ladies in the Customer Experience Team. They sure go above and beyond and out of their ways to make sure the Rockingham customers are treated with respect and meet their expectations. Even in the “worst” days these ladies have a smile on their faces and the best positive attitude with the customers.
Been almost two years since IU hit their customer's car. Finally get a bill and I'm expected to respond within 30 days. Can't even get them to call me back to take my money.
Their customer turned into my lane with no signal and hit my car. Here I am 3 months later, still no settlement. I have been lied to, hung up on, and everything else you could think of. Noone seems to return calls or listen to their messages apparently? This is VERY unprofessional.
Hire people that are motivated to help their customers. This is the worst company I've EVER dealt with.

after 35+ years with the company, having Evertte take over in the Woodstock Virginia office he is never in dosen't return calls. Gives information that is not even founded. only thing he likes to do is stand on the street and smoke. you would of thought he would of tried to help use instead of loosing a faithful customer but nope didn't do anything.
