Experienced, knowledgeable and honest work
Terrible!!! Has really gone downhill. Friday morning and no water. Issue is most likely under warranty with Rockingham. They only have 2 technicians and both are in the valley, not back for 4 days. Had to go into the store in person just to speak to the guy who's favourite line is "i was just going to call you". So extremely disappointed. What is the sense of getting a warranty if there is nobody available when you need it.
They know their product. They have an effective customer list. Friendly. And knowledgeable about solutions. Well stocked. Great location and easy parking. Who doesn't like to be located beside a Tim's?
