Called to have a quote, guy was rude and ended up telling me to send information by email instead. I did so, waited and never got a response. Ended up calling "Clean Water Specialists" instead and had an appointment for 2 days later right away on the phone. Should've just went with them right away
Wonderful service, super helpful! They installed a new well pump for me just recently and were super informative, and sold me only what I needed! The big “water store” folks wanted me to upgrade my system as it was 10 years old and “obsolete”, Rockingham did it for 30% less and only installed what I needed!!
Quite possibly the best service I've received - Quinn was very knowledgeable and resolved our issue quickly. He explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to ensure our issues were resolved in a cost-effective manner. I won't go anywhere else for service in the future. Thanks again!
The team here makes problems go away. Lloyd, Quin and the gang are great to work with to come up with a cost effective solution. They know their stuff and are very quick to fix!
Our well pump would blow the fuse at random then gave up the ghost on a weekend. Our pump is not a standard size but Rockingham went above and beyond to ensure we had one. They squeezed us into a busy schedule and troubleshot the pump to find it was a connection in the wire and our pump did not need replacing. They clearly explained everything they were doing, were professional and charged a fair price. Highly recommend this company for any water issues or well repairs.
