I use to go to Rockingham Eye Physicians as a kid and regularly as an adult. I had not been there in 10 years and they made me feel comfortable about the whole process. Dr. Radoiu was so good. He explained everything to me in terms that I understood. Though my eyes had not changed in 10 years he suggested getting updated glasses and keeping my old ones as a spare. To be honest I was surprised to see so many rave reviews. Definitely wasn't our experience. Took my child in, office staff was not knowledgeable, or very helpful. Our nurse was incredible but Dr Seefried didn't seem to notice he was dealing with a young child. I felt like my questions were exhausting him. On top of all this the billing department was unwilling to be helpful with our insurance. Have spent hours trying to get them to communicate with our insurance. Rockingham Eye is highly recommended among my friends and neighbors. We took our grandson for his first visit with Dr Eller at age two (now he's 5). They are great with children! Now my husband and I are going there also. The staff at Bluestone Optical is amazing with children also. We've had our toddlers glasses repaired three times for no charge. I'm amazed at how well they work with very young children. We're very pleased.
Best example of a well-run doctor's office I have encountered! I have been seen by several doctors in this practice, but for over two years I have been seeing Dr. Eller for eye injections due to BRVO. Glad to have such an experienced doctor for these procedures.
Great staff who work very hard and fast to get everyone taken care of. I meet many fine personal who were very caring and professional. Esp a little blonde LPN nurse. Cant remember her name but shes a Russian translator. Some pts were rude to them because they had to wait. They need to realize they need to get there on time and always be prepared to wait. Your at a Drs office not McDonald's drive thru. Thanks as always. One in a million
Love Dr Capstack and have been a loyal and faithful patient for over 25 years. Wish the office decor and music had changed some in that time!! He's a great doctor.
