RecommendedI believe the Drs are very knowledgeable but as far as the check in secretaries to the check out secretaries and some of the nurses over all the office could use alot of people oriented help have a little better attitude as if the patients arent a bother especially those ladies up front put a smile on and some friendliness.
Excellent emergent eye treatment as well as when see you for yearly eye exam.

Staff was not friendly at all. Told them who my insurance company was and asked if the visit would be covered, as I was having sporadic blurred vision. I think my diagnosis was correct, but insurance did NOT cover it. When I called the Dr.s office to ask why, they said Anthem DOESN'T cover this and that I would have to call Anthem. I did, then proceeded to tell them I was going to appeal the decision. Meanwhile they start sending letters threatening to send the bill to a collection agency or to district court! My son and I visited this doctor for blurred vision. We waited in the waiting room for 3 hours before we actually saw the doctor. When we suggested we should reschedule, we were told we would be charged for the appt regardless. To boot, one of the nurses was listening to my phone conversation while I was explaining to my boss where I was and overheard me say “influenza”.
