I am seriously in love with this place! The beers are stellar, food is out of this world, and service is like no other. Thanks, Rockhound. We will be back! (Hoping brunch is as good!)
I was really excited to try this place after Isthmus Beer and Cheese Fest, but service turned out to be awful as well as the food. Waitress didnt know the difference between Woodford Reserve and Woodford Reserve Double Oaked. I had to say just read the bottle lable. She also rarely checked back on us or even told us her name. The food also obviously sat for awhile. Mac n cheese came out luke warm and dry. We expressed our unhappiness to the waitress, but nothing came of it. Hi Kay, I'm sorry your experience wasn't up to your expectations. I'm sorry your waitress forgot to introduce herself. The staff member who served you has worked here for a few months and typically provides very strong service and I talked to her about your experience. Our whiskey selection is listed on the drink menu and I don't expect my waitstaff to know the difference between the two you mentioned as I only carry the classic Woodford Rerserve, not the double oaked. A good selection of really good beers! Our waiter, Chuck, was knowledgeable and suggested some beers, which we loved!
