The hygienist i had today was rude, unfriendly and not very good. She rush through my cleaning in 10 minutes. Very dissatisfied with today's visit.
My child was refused care because of one bad visit( he cried because he was scared). I was told he could try again another day but then the day of appt. they cancelled it and said my son would not be seen as a patient anymore!!!! He was excited to go back so he wouldn't have to see a " new" dentist. I have been a patient there for 10 years and me and my children will now find a new dental office!!
