Very disappointed in the customer service here. I’ve had to reschedule my cleaning about 5 times due to being unable to find a babysitter for my kids. I finally had a sitter and drove 25 minutes to Rockford Dental where I was told they had a “new computer system” and that my appointment never transferred. Instead of squeezing me in or offering a free service for my wasted time and money to come here they told me to just call and reschedule. I was a patient of Dr. Zanocco and Rockford Dental Care for over 35yrs, I tried to schedule an appointment for check-up and cleaning and was told my account was in collections for a missed appointment fee of $25.00. I was unaware that this issue was not resolved after it was addressed last year I promptly contacted the collection company and paid the outstanding $25.00. Rockford Dental is unbelievable. Dr. Ryan told me I was good to go with my bone graft, and don’t have to go back until May. I never realized what one had to go through before getting an implant vs. a crown. This is the first of two implants and it should go by the numbers! I’ve never felt more at ease, with a truly competent staff and assistants. Thank You All at Rockford Dental! I wish I would have discovered your place sooner in life. What awesome doctors, hygienists, and office staff!
My sister and I have gone to the orthodontist here since we were in high school, nothing has changed from then until now. The staff is amazing!
