I’ve seen Dr. Lopez since I was 10...it’s been 20 years. BEST DENTIST EVER!
I recently moved to Illinois in the last two weeks. Was looking for a new Dentist and specifically an Orthodontist. This office was referred to me by our providers in Iowa and was flabbergasted at the horrendous and rude service provided in only a phone call.
Been taking my daughter for her braces over 2 years and they've always been accommodating, friendly and they are familiar with their patients!
I have a problem with dentists. But really like Dr. Mandalli. That is saying a lot. Can't say it enough. He is a-okay in my book!
The waiting room was spacious and they had Jeopardy on the television which just happens to be my favorite show. Everyone at the desk was very friendly. As a matter of fact through the whole process, from the lady that took the x-rays to the dentist to the dental assistant to the one who scheduled my appointment ,they were all very friendly. Going to the dentist can be very stressful. I never heard an office that was full of such laughter and life before.
I had an emergency come up with a very bad toothache! I set sail to the Bahamas in just 3 days and could not go like this! They got me in quickly and set me up to have the tooth fixed so I could be on my way to set sail!! Thank you guys so much!
