This car wash has slowly declined! I thought I would give it one more try... nope.. never again! It’s taken over an hour and my car is still not finished! The manager is unapologetic... the staff are moving a snails pace and all the patrons are furious! This place needs to get its act together!!!!!!! Losing business left and right! Paying $50 for a service you would think it would be of higher quality !
I was in there Friday afternoon, I drove in a black Kia soul and got the managers special. Before arrival I had borrowed a friends knife for a camping trip and it fell under my seat. Upon arrival I completely forgot it was under there. Not realizing it until we got to our camping location that it was completely gone. Spent $38 on the managers wash, & had to return right after I left so I could get the water spots removed from the windows & some of the dirt that remained from the wash not cleaning properly to which I had to do part of it myself, then the manager told me it’s a car wash sir & not a detail. To which I replied yeah it’s a $38 car wash. Thank you! And I’m a repeat customer! #oasiscarwash #mrkleancarwash next time.
Hello, we were referred by one of your repeat customers and my dad just brought my mom's car in and had an oil change and wash. We are NOT happy customers!! The price was $66 for a high milage oil change which is absolutely ridiculous!!! Its in the 40s everywhere else. Also, The person that cleaned the inside did a half-assed job and apparently used a dirty towel to clean the windows! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Will NOT be back! EVER!
It took almost three hours for an oil change and car wash. If I would have known, I definitely would have gone elsewhere.
I have been going here since they opened, and always satisfied, until the last 7 Mos the quality and customer service has went from 5 star to nothing, went in today and was turned away because I drive a Raptor, which they have cleaned over 60 times but now will not do Raptors, so just shows the loyal customers that started them out DO NOT MATTER!
After getting home and looking around my Honda Ridgeline did i notice that someone at the car wash had run into something denting my front bumper and breaking off one of front grill supports ! Sure it was clean but still! Really people! I will NOT be returning ! Make sure to look over your car before leaving...
I have had them clean my SUV twice and they have done a fantastic job both times!!!
We had a wonderful experience at Rocket Lube & Wash. Everyone Beasley EXTREMELY nice and we only had to wait about 30 min and they were very busy. Our car looked amazing and we were overall very satisfied with our experience and we will be returning.
