My son was very sick on a Sunday. The doctor spent 1 min with us and said he had no infection. I did not feel he did a good exam and to him to our family doc. He had pretty sever bronchitis. I was pretty upset to find out he had an infection. I won't be going back.
Very disappointing experience. Treatment for strep throat (strep test and injection of penicillin) is nearly $350 at this location. When I received the invoice and asked them to review the charges, I was told to expect a revised invoice in the mail. Nothing came. Next correspondence was a letter to pay or go to collections. We took our son here this morning after he had an allergic reaction to something. We are from Lincoln and we are not familiar with any urgent cares in the area so we were nervous! All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped put our mind at ease. Thanks for the great service!
Terrible! I was in the office for 5 minutes and the dr just asked a few questions and told me I had bronchitis and sent me on my way. Got a bill for $295! Never go there!
I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and even received a call today to check on me. I would recommend this place to anyone!
