Great experience -- good service. Kind staff! Almost no wait time.
Although I was unfortunate to need to go to Bellevue Urgent Care twice in less than one week, I was extremely grateful to have such a place to treat my wound and illness. Upon entering both times i was greeted promptly. I only waited just a few minutes before I was brought back to an examination room. The nurses, Betsy was one and I cannot remember the other, who evaluated me and took my information were extremely friendly and put me at ease, as I have a bit of "white-coat" anxiety. Went there just a little by ago the nurse Shauna I believe was her name she is an X-ray tech she was very sweet and great lady. Shauna was AMAZING!!I thoroughly enjoyed my visit was quick and thorough. Doctor Jesse was in right away and very knowledgeable and explained everything and was very helpful. Thank you will be back again if ever need urgent care or a backup doctor for my family or myself.

I have had the occasion in the last 6 months to come to this facility for treatment. I received very personalized and attentive care. It was great because they remembered me, and that feels good in these days of being just a number. Thank you to Jesse, Shana and Betsy!
