I was back at Rockbrook Urgent Care on 8/2. I received excellent care from Katelyn and Kendra. They were both very polite and helpful. I will continue to use them when health issues arise. -Nancy

We got great service from Sammy and she was training A new recruit. We go to Rockbrook urgent care for their affordable sport physicals, and its easy to get seen, when it's difficult to get into our primary doctors office for service.
I was seen today at Rockbrook Urgent Care. Autumn and Traci were both super nice and very informative. Thanks so much for the excellent care!!
After much needed attention in 2 separate occasions I was extremely pleased and grateful for the service and attention. They gave me treatment and followed up with a phone call to see how I was! Thank you so much to the staff and doctor. I had gone in on a Tuesday and Saturday. Even when they were about to close they saw my need and fit me in. Thank you once again! :)
I went in here because I was experiencing symptoms of strep throat and could barely talk. The NP told me my strep test came back negative and sent me on my way with a few cough drops after literally meeting with me for 2 mins. A few weeks later I received a bill for not only the strep test(which I can understand), but also for further "laboratory" testing. Obviously my insurance didn't cover the additional testing since it was completely unnecessary and I didn't request it, so now I'm stuck footing the bill. Why even do a ra... read more
I would recommend anyone to Rockbrook urgent care to absolutely anyone they are quick to get you in and out but take there time to check everything over. All the staff wonderful,but Stephanie and Tracy are always so helpful and friendly going above and beyond to help the patient. Thank you Rockbrook Urgent Care!
Jenna sewed up my husband's finger really quick today! We live VERY close to another urgent care but chose to drive to Rockbrook and are so glad we did. They were awesome. AND they didn't make us leave a debit/credit card number like other urgent care places around town. Husband got a lollypop and two stickers for not crying when he got his 3 stitches. Jenna the PA was fabulous.
Both Jenna and Amanda should be commended for good customer service. they were both polite and showed enthusiasm. I came in on Christmas Day with strep throat and Jenna was quick and to the point with my diagnosis and where to find medication.
