RecommendedProfessional, kind & caring staff. Made Covid testing quick & as easy as it could be. No long lines or craziness. Got in the next day after calling and test results the following day. Even though we weren’t hoping for the results we got. The rest of our family will be back in the next 5 days. I will recommend in a heartbeat!

It is very poor and unethical business practice to see two patients at the exact same time for the exact same reason with the exact same room and providers and then to double bill. You might tell someone that at the time of service so that they are aware ahead of time what they can expect.
Turned me away last night at 7:37 pm, they said their rooms were “full”, if you don’t close until 8pm, your not supposed to turn anyone away! You are “Urgent care” which means when people walk through that door they need you NOW! Even when I worked in retail, our store would close at 9, if someone came to that door at 8:51 we had to let them in. I was horridly sick and this was closer than going to the ER and having such a long wait, I was blown away and completely frustrated, I will be filing a complaint.
RecommendedThis clinic is beyond helpful. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. When I was still having issues a few days after my visit, they were still very willing to help me to feel better. 10/10 would recommend!!!

They turned my sick child away because I haven't received a managed health care card from Medicaid yet. I went in with his Medicaid ID card and they still refused to see him. Horrible customer service.
RecommendedI walked in this morning after cutting my finger and spending hours and hours last night in the ER, where I was never admitted and eventually went home. Three very kind women helped me, Shana, Katie, and Anja, showing me an immense amount of kindness that was completely above and beyond my expectations for the visit. They got me all taken care of and out of there in no time at all. Thank you, Crossroads Urgent Care! I will be back next time anyone in my family is in need.
