The only thing I liked was the fresh paint on my nails. The mani-pedi only lasted 1 hour when the pedi itself promises a relaxing 1 hour. I didn't feel relaxed at all.
I recently got a shellac mani and pedi from here. I was running 5 minutes late. When I did arrive, I felt like Amber was was rushing through everything. My manicure came out mediocre, with bumps and side of nails not painted properly. My cuticles didn't get cut down, and they still look dried out and just overall not very well done. My pedicure came out nice, although she spent hardly no time on my callus, one of the the main reasons I go for a pedicure in the first place. The stylist, Gaylene, made an error scheduling on my appointment and because of that I was penalized without an apology from the manager. My issue is the manager's (Angie's) attitude that was rude and inconsiderate of my feelings about the error. The manager hung up on me and made no effort to repair the harm preformed. Liz, is a wonderful stylist, very sweet and personable. I'd recommend NOT going to this place for services because of how blatantly RUDE the manager's attitude is for her customers. Hey Liz here! Ladies, Angie has only ever done the right thing by me. Ms. Jackson, I'm not sure why you felt you had to talk directly to me to make your appointment. If I am unavailable or not in the salon, then allow another person to book your appointment, simple as that. My schedule cannot just be closed out until I speak to everyone individually and help them make a decision about when they'd like to come in... Throughly enjoyed my pedicure! What a great service for an affordable price! Will most likely be returning for most of my cosmetic needs!
I was very impressed with my mani/pedi service today. Being an owner of a salon and spa myself and a stylist of 13 years, I can say they did a very thorough mani/ pedi. The ladies were super cool and friendly too. We really enjoyed our time there. I highly recommend them. We will be back :)
It was a very relaxing experience and everyone was super nice. The work that Liz and Gretchen did on pedi-mani was awesome! I will be a returning customer.
