We called Rock Valley HVAC because we were told twice we needed a new blower motor from another HVAC company(over a one year period during routine maintanance). When Josh arrived I asked to show me the problems we had with blower motor, he pointed out that there was a small oil leak and a slight wobble in the bearings. I asked him to check the amps as the other HVAC company told us that it was "drawing high amps", he checked the amps and the motor was at 7.5 amps which it was supposed to draw, he checked it again and it was ... read more
Honestly this is the kind of company you always hope to hire when your furnace goes out in a Wisconsin winter. It started off with a pleasurable conversation with Carla, and Josh at my house within 15 minutes. Josh found the problem, and had my furnace up in running in no time. I would highly recommend this company. They have a customer here for life.
Great service! I had an issue with my furnace blower that started to make a lot of noise. Josh inspected the blower and recommended I replace it. It was an ECM motor and quite expensive. Josh told me that it should be under warranty and contacted the manufacturer for a replacement motor. I did not have to fill out any paperwork, Rock Valley HVAC took care of everything.
