RecommendedAC went out on the hottest day of the year. We waited til Monday morning to call and Josh was there by noon, fixed it within 15 minutes and we were chilling soon after! Highly recommend!!!
Knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. Called to make appt and came out the same day. Didn’t try to sell me anything. Josh was highly knowledgeable and worked efficiently! Carla is polite and prompt with my invoices. Will be using them again for sure!!
I called Rock Valley for service they gave me an approximate time when Josh could be there, he arrived at the time given Josh was very knowledgeable about my older furnace. He was excellent at explaining what he was checking and why. He was the best service furnace technician that I have used.
Josh and his team were awesome to work with. Very professional and excellent work. I love the new furnace and AC unit. They worked quickly and efficiently and left a very clean work area. I would recommend them to anyone.
