I would like to say that Rock Valley HVAC was out standing. I Didn't know what to do cause the guy that put in my furnace did not answer his phone so I took a chance and called Rock Valley and with in a half hour they came and fixed my problem. It's so nice to have heat in these cold days. Thank you guys for your help.
Can’t say enough how wonderful this company is! Called on a Monday for noises coming from our furnace. Carla was great on the phone. Scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Josh came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. His honest opinion helped us decide to replace our furnace. Carla was able to get us scheduled for replacement installation the same week. Very friendly and prompt service. I appreciated the prompt response and appointment, and the serviceman was kind and efficient.
Central air unit broke down on a weekend. They called me back within an hour and were able to come on a Sunday and fix without charging extra. Josh was able to fix quickly. Highly recommend them.
I called at a little after 8 am on Tuesday after a long and muggy holiday weekend. Carla verified my info and advised Josh would be at my house around 10. Sure enough, Josh showed up before 10 am as stated. By 10:30 I was with air conditioning again. Josh is extremely courteous, professional, and honest. I highly recommend Rock Valley HVAC!
