Did good job and was very helpful
After doing a quote company rep told me he found the tiles needed for a repair and replacement claiming he could do the job late in the day. He came by and fixed a broken tile but never replaced missing tiles.
Business response:
Customer had no replacement tiles. It turned out that individual tiles were not available. Went forward with customer's approval to effectively repair broken tiles.
