Tom was very courteous and punctual. He even requested quotes, for us, from other gutter contractors so we could change the gutters before he did the paint job. However, when it came to the paint job itself, Tom insisted all the prep work we've done on the house was worthless because he would have to do it all over again. He did none! I left home at 10am, and by 5pm the house was painted already. No crack was sealed, no old flake removed. I've done most of what was needed, but the prep work was not completed. Tom did a good job, I really won't know how good until a few years have passed and we see how the paint job holds up . Tom needs to provide a little more detail on the job quote, needs to write down everyting we discussed specifically so there can be no doubt wat was agreed on and what was not. I am very pleased with Tom's work.
Our house looks great! I would highly recommend Tom. He doesn't skimp on the paint, and gave us a very good price.
A specific meeting to select colors with Tom Vonda would have simplified the process. I would definitely hire him and his team again.
Tom and his crew did a good job. They could have done a better job by putting some of things that they moved away from the house back in place. Overall, the paint job looks good and Tom is a very nice and courteous fellow. He also offered a good price.
