I just donated blood at the Freeport facility and I will definitely be a regular. I normally donate during mobile and on-site drives, but this was much easier. I scheduled online when I wanted to donate, it's easy to get to with plenty of parking, very clean and spacious inside.
Overall a pretty good experience. Clean, friendly and not painful! 👍👍

Been coming to Rock Valley Blood Center for 41 years. Many nurses over the years, management comes, retires, new staff takes over and yet the standard is set high and the quality of the current law staff is amazing! I'll keep giving my platelets as long as they'll let me!
I donated my first pint at Woodward Governor in Rockton in 1992 after my nephew was born needing a heart transplant. Figured it was the least I could do and have been donating since. Never had a problem.
