My MIL lives here (though she's moving to live with us now) in a very nice mobile home she owns, right on the river with spectacular views. Honestly, it's one of the best ways to have riverfront views and easy access to the river without insane property taxes and burdensome upkeep. The park seems clean and kept up very well, and most of the people seem very nice. It's also quiet. If you're looking for a little vacation spot on the river or an exceptionally affordable place to live full-time, you should check it out.

Honestly a good place to live only downside is the tree I’ve been calling about near my trailer has been having branches fall on my trailer for months some longer then 4-5 feet I have to climb up to get em down and rot ate through one of the big branch’s that got cut off when they first trimmed it idk just sucks having a tree destroy your roof because someone doesn’t wanna pick up the phone shoot more then half the time I never get a call back. I don’t know how many times I can say that this tree is dying from the inside out... read more
