I been waiting over 7 months to be seen by rock river most of this time waiting I was pregnant. But since dental dreams keeps claiming they sent my records over and Rock river dental says they never got them I can't be seem. So I been stuck in pain this whole time while a whole in my tooth kept getting in infected. Now my tooth decaying and falling apart and there's nothing rock river will do and they are the only place my insurance covers. All this cuz they don't have my X-ray's. Because of my tooth decaying and the multiple infections I could of had a miscarriage or a stillborn. Lucky he was okay just born early. All I want is my tooth out.

I have had a very positive experience with this office, Its clean, the staff is caring, and the dentist took time to listen to me and my problems! I was recommended this by a friend who takes her 4 kids to him and had had nothing but positive things to say about the work done on her and her family.The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I have had several scheduling hiccups with them,but I and my child have Severe dental anxiety so those are not all there fault. I will be taking my son to them very soon to have work done after having a nightmarish experience with another office who I will not be mentioning in this comment (My family calls them Dental Nightmares...) but if all goes well with my sons appointment I will most definitely be upgrading this to a 5!!

Can't sing Dr. Hansen's praises enough. You won't find a more talented and caring dentist anywhere. Our family loves him and his staff. Highest of recommendations for both adult and children. Any man that can handle three little boys all at once without tears is amazing!
