Tara and Kathie are perfect for the positions they hold at Riverchase (Rock Island Ridges). I love it here but living on 4th floor is a problem if u have downstairs neighbors that complain about everything.
We have been living at Rock Island Ridges for almost 9 months and couldn't be more pleased! Great location, friendly staff, dog-friendly, and clean!
Just wanted to shout...I absolutely love living here! The best decision I’ve ever made while living in the South. Everything is brand new, beautiful layouts/views of the river and lake. Also, the staff is exceptional. Amanda and Tara have been amazing. The staff here seems to truly care about their tenants concerns and well being. I’m a happy camper here.

10/10. Hands down the best apartment complex in the Phenix City, AL / Columbus, GA area. Top-of-the-line amenities, friendly staff, and absolutely gorgeous apartments. Just live here already!
