RecommendedThis morning I had reported an issue I was having with our smoke alarms going off.....I was gone all day and arrived back home, exhausted, sat down in my recliner and the dang things went off again....I wanted to cry knowing that it could happen off and on all night. I called the after hours number and Jerry to the rescue!!!! I am very thankful for this maintenance staff and their kindness and dedication to making sure things are done to keep the residents safe and happy!!! Thank you Jerry!!!!

Rock Island Ridges at Riverchase luxury apartments have not only the greatest staff, they also have the most beautiful property and views of Lake Oliver, the locks, & the Chatahoochee River! It is a joy to live in this exquisite place. The club room is an excellent place to meet up with visitors (pool table, comfy couches, & TVs). The pool area with cabanas, 2 gas grills, TVs, & great layout are absolutely the best—feels like we are on vacation when we go there!
Lived at rock island ridges for a year, loved the apartment! Dog park was great for my boykin. We lived in the pool all summer long and loved being able to grill out at the pool while my family was swimming. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place to live!

I recommend everything lol. This is an amazing place to live and enjoy the summer in one of the most amazing pools I have seen in a luxury apartment complex. I just love it. The club room, gym, and the rest of amenities in here are amazing. The staff is great too. They work really hard to make you feel comfortable here.
