We toured a renovated apartment here and really liked them...except the closet doors in the bedrooms were missing. No big deal, right? We figured they still needed to add them in after the renovations were completed....WRONG! The office worker said they are supposed to be barn style doors, and if you want them they were $20 more per month! We told her that we’d take just regular doors instead, we didn’t have to have fancy doors....WRONG AGAIN! RecommendedThis place is amazing! The upgrades are just wonderful! The grounds are kept nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They are very pet friendly and have a nice dog park for our fur babies. The pool is good size and there is a hot tub. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and medical. We have really enjoyed living here. We give them 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Living at here has been great! The complex is beautiful and the amenities are top-notch! It is conveniently located to a variety of local restaurants, bars, shops and much more. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly, making each resident feel right at home!
The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. Rock Island is a wonderful place to live.
The best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The staff are friendly and always willing to help.
The community is very safe and I feel comfortable walking at any time. The neighbors are friendly. I've had two minor maintenance issues reported and both times were easy and fast. The maintenance crew is super sweet and friendly.
I am glad the staff is being cautious during these crazy times. I miss getting to interact with everyone in the office. Thank you for putting the residents and community first and still maintaining our homes.
n top of being a great community, the management team is one of the best I've ever worked with. When something comes up, they are always willing to help! Unfortunately, every property has to deal with maintenance stuff, but they always right on top of things and I'm extremely thankful for them.
I have a friend who lives here and she loves it. I came here once looking for a place, I didn’t end up going through with anything but the front desk was very good at making me feel welcome. I plan on revisiting in the near future to see about moving in myself.
