It was my first time here. I was nicely greeted by a very beautiful gorgeous service advisor. Miss. Audrie Gonzalez. She had green emerald eyes of extravagance. If you do get a car through Rock, DO NOT get financing through Honda Financial Services! We did, and we have never had a worse experience with any company, ever! Because we overpaid on our account each month, HFS sent us little blurbs on every statement requesting that we just pay the total amount due, which, more often than not, was $0.00. When some large, unexpected expenses dropped on us, I did what HFS had been begging me to do for 4 years, and I paid $0.00. The worst car buying experience of my life. Got a real deal and a better car somewhere else.
This place tab my credit without authorization. I've passed by it off the 210 plenty of times but have never set foot in this place. Called the finance department about it. Says he would call me back. No call and its been a month
Ripped Off My car overheated at the dealer. No other choice but to leave it there for repairs. Service was poor, parts completely over priced.
