I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. J! Until we recently moved, he took care of both my children's teeth and has went above and beyond with their care. My 7 yr. old unfortunately experienced an extreme phobia after some significant tooth decay but Dr. J was so patient and understanding, treating her as if she was his own. I like this place , my daughter has been there twice , great experiences!!! But we had an emergency and I called the office and the emergency number after hours , left voicemails and here came 8 am next morning I haven't receive a call back so I Called the office and for my luck doc was out and could not be seen till Monday , so I said I will call back and look some elsewhere , but I received a call back from the office. This was a pleasant experience for me; and my grandchildren, I was impressed, no wait, and the tv's to keep them entertained.. That was/is an awesome idea!! The staff were fabulous!
I absolutely love this place. My son was really nervous due to a bad experience from a previous dentist. The staff made him feel comfortable and relaxed. They were very patient with him. They did wonderful taking care of my daughter. I am a very nervous mother when it comes to my children...The staff even had me feeling at ease. So any first time mothers taking their lil one to the dentist....this is a wonderful place to take them to.
