Very disappointed not being able to get an appoinment with my preferred provider. I have been calling for weeks trying to get an appoinment and they keep telling me to call back. When I do call back, no appoinment available. What about December? We don't have that schedule yet. You can call back the last week of December. I have been going there for my yearly exams for 17 yrs. I am done.
Great environment and experiences but mostly love dr Taylor he is doing my c section September 27 2017 first thing in the morning and I will have a beautiful girl with his guidance
I absolutely love Dr Hilton and her nurses. My biggest complaint is with the phlebotomist in the lab. The phlebotomist is extremely rude and always leaves me sitting in the waiting room for 30-45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. The draw takes approximately 3 minutes to do, so I don't understand why I have to wait so long to go back every single time! I have called 4 times since Tuesday trying to get a shot that needs to be injected at my appointment *this* Friday. I think I've talked to 3 separate nurses and they each said they would pull my chart and that they will call me back, yet they never do. I have never had such a problem with any other doctors office. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will be taking my business and my health elsewhere.
Im so happy I got to go here. They treat me so good. They are so great and they deliver my twins with the greatest care and took care of me. They make me feel like an vip.
I have finally found a GYN practice that I trust and recommend! Dr. Hilton has addressed all of my issues and when something is just not working for me, she does not hesitate to call me in to address the issues and make changes. I know that there is sometimes reservation to proceed with surgery at Piedmont Medical Center Woman's Hospital, but my experience was wonderful and I was well cared for during my short stay post-op.
