RecommendedAll the staff at Rock Hill OB are awesome! Dr. Taylor is who I see and who delivered my son 6 months ago. He is the absolute best in my opinion and love seeing him!

when you send a certified letter to a mother at 32 weeks pregnant stating that she needs to find another Dr due simply because there was a Facebook post about a long wait.. (please note that the post mentioned no names or dr's...) but because allot of others chimed in.. NOT THE PATIENT IN QUESTION!!!!) but other people that have had bad experiences there posting their opinions.. and because someone didn't like it, you turned her away... Was my former women’s wellness provider until “my insurance changed” which it didn’t. Spoke with my insurance company 3 times who confirmed no changes were made and no referral was needed to see a physician. Called the office 5 times to try and get some clarification. Transferred left and right. No calls ever returned. Additionally, the obtuseness of the front office staff confirms the ineptitude of the folks “trying to help you” at this office. I had an amazing experience with this ob 5 years ago, went back for this baby.. it’s a total mad house now. THE DOCTORS are amazing and show they care but the rest of the staff.. oh my. The advice nurse is ignorant and doesn’t return phone calls. Between me & 3 other mamas I know we compared times and I called three times no reply the other mama called 6 times and left 6 messages and finally got a reply. If you don’t like your job, quit. Worst experience at a doctors office ever. Pregnant with spotting and cramps and was told either I had a miscarriage or was 4 weeks when I should be 6 and to come back in 7-10 days for a follow up. They said they would schedule a follow up ultrasound for the fifth. They scheduled it for the eleventh without even telling me and refused to schedule in the timeframe the doctor told me, but still wanted my money for the pregnancy and delivery before they would confirm the pregnancy.
