I used to see Dr Steppler at a different dental office and decided to transfer care here when he moved. He’s a nice, knowledgeable dentist and did a great job on the dental work I had to have done last year. The front desk staff at this office is friendly and the dental assistant, Asia, was fantastic. I especially loved Nina, the hygienist, who answered my questions and took extra time to explain things to me. I highly recommend Rock Hill Dentistry!
I can procrastinate a dental appointment for years, and when I contacted this office, it had been at least eight years since my last cleaning. They were non-judgy and put me at ease right away with all of the fears that I had. It was such a good experience, that I am fairly positive that I’m going to start keeping my twice a year cleanings. I called with an emergency situation. They not only were kind and understanding on the phone (which is probably the best thing since I was in tears) but they got me in ASAP. They were kind and understanding IN the office AND quickly repaired my tooth. (Less than two hours I had a replacement crown and it wasnt super expensive either!) I have terrible anxiety with going to the dentist.....but they were quick to acknowledge my anxiety and put me at ease.
