Since the day they started working on my teeth I have added 2 emergency room visits following a visit from there office . I haven’t been able to eat in the past 5 days . Due to their unresponsiveness in the office the infection has no moved to my throat , ears and nose .l I have paid them $7000 to do a bridge and crown and they have most certainly taken advantage of me .

I had a difficult wisdom tooth extraction today and with the circumstances I don’t think it could have gone any better! The staff is remarkable and put me on a payment plan that would fit my budget (to me this is huge). Their main priority was making sure that i was comfortable and knew the risks ahead. I made an appointment online after chipping my tooth at work one day. I was able to get in quick. When I walked in i was greeted by my first name. Precious made sure i was comfortable throughout my x-rays, exam and finally getting a crown. Dr. Steppler explained to me my options for right now and we also discussed some future plans. The Dr and staff here rock! They came in on their day off to donate their time and services to some of the individuals at Easterseals Midwest! Their kindness and big hearts are appreciated more than they will ever know!!
