Under no circumstances should anyone apply to live here. After a lengthy application process (during which they assured me the apartment was mine) where I gave the building all of my identifying information, they ghosted me. I suspect someone at their office is running a scam
There is no management of the apartment! Calls not answered only somebody named Ericka automated . Text not replied and email not replied .
No complaints. A chill and laid back community in a wonderful and safe neighborhood. Surrounded by green space. The apartment isn't the newest or coolest, you are gonna need to sacrifice a rooftop pool and in-unit laundry, but there are no mice, lots of natural light, and decently sized units. Very dog friendly, and priced in a fair way. I have loved living here and made great memories here. Very walkable part of town, for those that don't have cars!
Renting there for a year, and going on! Great service, clean and affordable.
